It was the perfect overnight for our girls trip to Fredericksburg. Close to everything, clean and super comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Such an amazing amd beautiful home! Wonderful location, so close to Main St amd everything nearby. Felt like a little piece of the countey in the middle of town. So many deer, morning and evening. Fun little game area in the garage, clean and comfortable home. Loved our stay!!

My friends and I loved this place! The backyard with Adirondack chairs around a beautiful fire pit was so much fun! The beds were very comfy and kitchen well appointed! Will stay here again for sure!

Our state was fabulous, three mamas that wanted to get one night away. The house was extremely clean stocked with all the items that you would need. Beds and sheets were probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on at any rental or hotel. And I’ve stayed at some ridiculously and nice hotels. We had zero issues the house was close to all the place we want to go in the evening so we walked to dinner and to the saloon after then back to the room. Thanks again I would love to rental it again next time!

Holidays in Fredericksburg

Great location within walking distance of historic Main Street. Our kids loved the game tables. The location on the creek was also a plus. We saw quite a lot of deer.

Peace and quiet close to main street

We had a wonderful stay at Ufer Haus. It was just what we needed…peace and quiet to unwind. The location was perfect for us…close enough to walk to main but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street. Everything was fully stocked, clean, airy, and bright. Host was easy to communicate with and check in and check out was a breeze.

A wonderful stay!

Me and a group of friends stayed here for 3 days for my birthday weekend turning 21. The stay was very enjoyable and the amenities were very appreciated. We all enjoyed sitting to talk outside, the back patio had an amazing few of the creek. The living space is a touch small, but nice for a smaller group traveling to enjoy the towns I’d definitely recommend this to anyone in a group of about 5-6, just know you’ll double up!

Modern house just a few blocks from Main St

Nice modern house within walking distance of downtown. We enjoyed the backyard fire pit and patio. There’s a Beautiful view of the creek from the back yard where we saw deer everyday.

Nothing overlooked!!

What a wonderful stay! Everything you could imagine was included with this stay. The only items we needed to provide were our snacks. It was so spacious, so clean! The backyard and the gameroom garage were awesome! Will definitely recommend!

This house was wonderful. Perfect for our mother/daughter trip with friends. The host literally had thought of every little thing you could possibly need. The house was very clean, beds were super comfy and check out was easy! I contacted the owner about needing a new propane tank for the fire pit and he answered within minutes. House is only a 2 min drive to Main Street and about 10 min to wineries. Main Street and restaurants are within walking distance but we chose to drive because it was hot in August. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place for families!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ufer Haus for a quick Spring Break getaway with the family. Our kids really enjoyed the game garage and we all appreciated the amenities and location. We walked to town to visit the nearby Pioneer museum, pacific war museum, and were just a quick walk from so many shops and restaurants. The kids also enjoyed exploring the backyard and creek! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very clear and prompt with communication as well. We would stay there again!

Wow!!

I chose to bring my teen daughters to FBG for fall break. We had a great time and enjoyed Ufer Haus. The location is convenient to main. It's clean, well appointed, and comfy. It's actually better than the pictures and there was a herd of deer in the backyard most of the time we were there. I highly recommend Ufer Haus.

Great Stay!

House was awesome and well stocked with amenities. We went in a girls trip to FBG so we had 5 women in the house. Each bedroom closet was equipped with a luggage wrack (so nice!) and the bathroom closet was stocked with extra make-up washcloths and make-up removing wipes. We brought coffee pods, but the kitchen pantry had a drip coffee maker, coffee grinds, and filters. One of my main concerns was noise from the nearby street but there was NONE. It’s a great location and a wonderful house! Thank you for having us!

This was the perfect house and location! Check in and communication was wonderful and so easy. The house was just as described and very clean. It had everything that we needed. It was an easy 5 minute walk to town so that was a huge plus for us as we walked to town in the evening and had some drinks and listened to some live music. We also enjoyed the fire pit in the evening as well and watching the deer every night as well. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.
