Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Saint Raphael Valescure" 2700 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 25 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon, Golf Les Terres Blanches. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix, Lac de Saint Cassien. Hiking paths: Les Adrets de l'Esterel, Gorges du Blavet, Gorges du Verdon. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Bleue", 4-room house 120 m2. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Living room with winter garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC and hand-basin. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC, bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
