Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, boules, terrace, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Saint Raphael Valescure" 25 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 18 km, lake Saint Cassien 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix, Lac de Saint Cassien. Hiking paths: Les Adrets de l'Esterel, Gorges du Blavet. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
