Wake up every morning to the Atlantic right in front of you. The completely renovated Monterojo San Agustín Las Burras apartment offers sea views that make every sunrise special.



Located in the peaceful area of San Agustín, in southern Gran Canaria, it features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and 1 bathroom. Suitable for up to 3 guests.



Fully equipped: complete kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, bed linen, and towels included. Heated pool and shared garden in the complex. Beaches, shops, and public transport are just a few minutes’ walk away.



Access: the apartment is on the 4th floor, with about 100 steps from the street parking. There is no elevator. Not recommended for guests with reduced mobility, advanced pregnancy, or difficulty with stairs.



No pets, smoking, or events allowed.
