This comfortably designed apartment is located on the first floor of the Atrium apartment building, on Nadmorska Street in picturesque Sarbinowo. The complex offers a spa and wellness area (Jacuzzi, saunas), access to a gym, a restaurant, a café and a children's room. The property lies just 170 meters from the wide, sandy beach (2-minute walk). The promenade in Sarbinowo is one of the most beautiful walking facilities at the Polish seaside. From it you can see, among others, the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, as well as admire the magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Along the promenade there are numerous cafes, bars and food gardens. The area is also popular with cycling enthusiasts. At a distance of 2.8 km from the property lies the Chłopy Molo, while the Lighthouse in Gśski is about 5 km away. The city of Mielno can be reached in 13 minutes by car.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:

This stylish and elegant apartment is designed for four people. It is an excellent choice for parents traveling with children, couples, as well as groups of friends or acquaintances. The apartment has been decorated in light shades of gray, beige and white, which makes the interior aesthetically pleasing while being comfortable to use. The apartment has one bedroom, in which there is a large and comfortable double bed along with cabinets for handy trinkets. In the air-conditioned living room there is a double sofa bed, where you can sit to relax in the evening while watching terrestrial television. The room is also furnished with a desk on which the television stands, a dining table with chairs and a coffee table. From the living room you can step out onto the furnished balcony to drink your morning coffee in a friendly atmosphere or relax outdoors on a break from the day's activities. Meals can be prepared quickly and easily in the kitchenette, where appliances such as an induction cooktop, electric kettle and refrigerator with freezer are available. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries kit awaits guests, along with towels, a shower and a hairdryer. The hallway houses a roomy closet ideal for storing belongings brought in. Motorized guests can use the public parking spaces located next to the building.
