This was a very nice property and rental with great communications with the owner. Everything was as described and we would definitely go back to this property again. Pets and kid friendly accommodations. Beautiful location. Easy to find location and beautiful neighborhoods. Quiet area.

Property is in need of overall updating and deep cleaning.Outside area was littered with old toys,parts, busted floats scattered about. The water/dock area is totally unusable do to vegetation in the water. We had planned to dock our boat there which is not possible or safe . Host was understandable and did refund our stay.

We have not had a milfoil issue at the dock in years, but the hot temperatures this August did cause it to grow around the dock unexpectedly. Unfortunately that was out of my control. The floats and items left on the porch by previous guests have been thrown away. Sometimes our cleaning team leaves these items for future guests. I was informed of f any other cleaning issues that needed to be addressed.

This home was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed some time on the lake in the canoes and spent time in the evening out on the dock. Great place!

Family get away

We had a wonderful time 12 of us. The kids loved just to walk to the dock to fish or jump into the kayaks and paddle. Great place to stay

We absolutely loved this property. From first contact Jenifer was very accommodating to us planning this stay for friends and family for our wedding events. Once we arrived everything went well and especially appreciated the amount of space so nobody felt like they had to be right on top of each other. Everyone loved the large kitchen and also the fire pit out by the lake with wood over by the tree all set to be used with minimal effort from us. Would recommend this property to a multitude of friends for fishing trips or family gatherings in the future.

Large house right on the lake

The house was huge and in a beautiful location. It was great to be able to bring the dogs. The host left plenty of basic home supplies which was awesome. We enjoyed paddling around on the kayaks and hanging out on the docks.

Great Stay

The property was awesome. Plenty of room for the 11 of us that went on our family trip. The lake was really low and that would have been good to know before we got there. But it was no big deal for us. Would definitely recommend it and stay again.

60th Birthday Celebration

This was the perfect spot to be able to visit Soddy Lake, Chester Frost and Harrison Bay! It was great to be able to dock the boat and relax on the banks. It also had a perfect view of a quaint cove during a rainy day. Thank you Jennifer for a great experience!

Great place to relax. I enjoy fishing and it was great. Huge new dock plenty of space for fishing and family to come out and relax. Host was great. Waiting for next vacation.

Wonderful Getaway

I had a lovely time while staying at this property. It was a peaceful and relaxing setting which is exactly what I was looking for. The wildlife surrounding the lake was plentiful and such a delight. The entire home was more than well equipped with everything I could have needed and communication with the host was super fast were a need to arise during my stay. I highly recommend and look forward to hopefully returning in the future!

Perfect location!!

Well laid out house with plenty of room for everyone. Loved the large living room and kitchen. Made it easy for our family to eat and visit together. The only problem we had was there are a lot of steep stairs with no hand rails which made it difficult for my elderly mom and uncles. Overall had a great time and would definitely stay again. Can’t beat the great view of the lake.

Perfect place!

Jennifer’s house was perfect for all of our family. It had been almost 20 years since we had all been able to get together like that and we all had a blast. The kids loved the water and was out there playing and swimming in the lake. It was the perfect place for us to get together and enjoy being together again. Thank you Thank you!!

Perfect lake get away

Plenty of room for my entire family! Great vacation with the water to jump into since TN summers are Hot Hot Hot! Dropped in our jet skis in the lake using the ramp in the yard. Will return if available next year.

Perfect vacation

Everything was well stocked and there were water toys along with canoes kayaks and life vests. Property manager responded to any question or concerns almost immediately. Dock was carpeted which was outstanding for our 4 year old grandson for safety. It was also close to the water which was also great. Lots of wildlife to see and quiet cove with great views and relaxation was easy to achieve.

We appreciate your feedback. We have been doing some exterior landscaping, removing a lot of trees, which has made the backyard a little messy for a while especially with all the rain. We are working towards getting everything back in order in the back yard so guests will be able to enjoy the lake and its beauty to its fullest extent.
