This 60 m2 apartment is located in one of the most charming areas in the heart of Porto. A magnificent area with restaurants, bars, stores and art galleries.

PERFECT for visiting the whole city.

With capacity for up to 4 people, here you'll find everything you need for an unbeatable stay.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

HOUSE RULES

- Please avoid making noise after 22:00, as this is a residential building (noise is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00 according to the law in Portugal).

- Please do not smoke inside the apartment, there is a lovely balcony or garden that can be used for this purpose.

- All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please keep the apartment doors locked when you are out of the apartment. The hosts are not responsible for guests' property.

- Events or meetings of any kind are not permitted.

Only the guests mentioned in the reservation may be in the apartment.

- If any object is broken or damaged, please let us know so that we can replace it so that the next guest can find the house as you found it.

- For each foreign national, including nationals of other member states of the European Union, an accommodation form is completed and signed in person. (Law 29/2012 Art.15 n.º2)

- The person responsible for the booking will sign the Booking Agreement presented at check-in.

The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean, and well appointed with all the amenities you could want. It is in the perfect location quiet yet close to everything. The host was well organized and gave us great tips on what to see and where to eat in Porto. We enjoyed a number of his recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will seek out this apartment when we return. Many thanks Jose

A home from home!

Very stylish and well-equipped apartment. Kitchen is very well equipped: I was able to cook every night. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos! Perfect location to explore Porto. Our host was extremely helpful and professional: we arrived very late in the evening but he met us at the door and could not have been more patient and thorough in showing us around the apartment and advising us on things to do during our stay.

Best host, beautiful location, spacious room

Pros: The location is just right outside the main sightseeing area in a beautiful local neighborhood. The communication with the host is very practical, Luis is always available to help whenever you reach out to him. The accommodation is modern and spacious. The kitchen is fully supply with necessary tools for cooking and coffee machine. I enjoy spending a lot of time on balcony with my morning coffee and also a glass of wine after came back from a long sightseeing day. Luis make you feel very welcome from the beginning by showing you around the place and garden. He also provided a welcome basket full of snacks and a bottle of wine. I appreciated a small but very attentive detail such as umbrella and raincoat available for guest, a map with list of local recommendation, and also a couple of books in Finnish language in my room ( as host probably noticed that I am residing in Finland). I highly recommended Luis's place and will definitely stay here again in the future visit to Porto. Cons: Nothing

Bel accueil de José Luis qui nous a parlé avec passion de la ville de Porto et donné plusieurs références touristiques et culinaires. Son immeuble, un viel édifice typique magnificquement rénové, est très bien situé : à quelques minutes du centre historique, sans la cohue des touristes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et lorsque nous retournerons à Porto, nous y logerons de nouveau.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren super toll. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles super geklappt. Sehr freundlich und nett.
