The spacious holiday home spans two floors and a basement, offering a total usable area of approximately 130m². It accommodates up to six adults, with the option of adding one child and one baby or toddler.
The master bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor is connected by a door to the children's bedroom. The luxurious decor of the holiday home blends the charm of turn-of-the-century elements with modern comfort.
Solid wood country-style furniture complements high-quality modern seating and lovingly arranged accessories. The stylish bathrooms are adorned with limited-edition Hundertwasser tiles, adding a unique touch to each room.
In the large living and dining room, a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere for relaxing, allowing you to enjoy the flickering flames. A large, beautifully designed sauna area with fitness equipment completes your well-being experience. Sauna use is not included in the rental price; it costs €5.00 per hour.
The holiday home is equipped with three TVs and offers free Wi-Fi. A separate workspace allows you to remain productive during your stay.
There is also a storage room available for bicycles and skis.
For younger guests, there are numerous amenities: sleds, books, games, a balance bike, art supplies, and the most exciting playground of all — nature itself, where imagination knows no bounds. The natural surroundings ensure that no one will be bored!
Of course, we haven't forgotten the adults either. A selection of books and board games is available for your enjoyment. The large garden, with its natural area, invites relaxation and play. Here, you'll find a traditional orchard, a barbecue area, and a fire pit, offering perfect conditions for cozy outdoor evenings.
The house is supplied with well water.
Two parking spaces directly in front of the house provide extra comfort during the summer months. In winter, an additional adventure awaits. When the forests are covered in snow, you’ll park about 500 meters away, as the access road is not cleared. However, you can drive up to within 50 meters of the house, given the right equipment. The last section is too steep to drive on during snow and ice.
