Located in a traditional Bavarian country house, the lovingly renovated apartment features two cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a spacious living kitchen. The apartment combines modern furnishings with historic furniture for a warm, inviting atmosphere. The property is a short walk to the lake, and numerous trails are accessible directly from the house for biking or hiking adventures.

The owners live in Munich but visit regularly, mainly on weekends, to care for the grounds. They are respectful of your privacy but may greet you at the lakeside or around a campfire. Updates to the house include renovations over the past two years, though minor exterior work may still be ongoing. Guests retain full access to the large terrace and garden.
