Beste Lage, wir klebten oft am Fenster, selbst zu dieser Jahreszeit gibt es immer etwas auf dem Wasser zu sehen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, mit feinstem Komfort bestĂŒckt und man erfĂ€hrt förmlich eine Weiterbildung in Sachen Technik und Fortschritt. Uns hat es sehr viel Spass gemacht, all diese Dinge auszuprobieren und sind sehr gut klargekommen (Ü 70)..... Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und bedanken uns herzlich. Gert und Uschi.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet einen traumhaften, direkten Blick auf das Meer, ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung ist grundsĂ€tzlich hochwertig, teilweise jedoch etwas zu modern und dadurch im Alltag nicht immer ganz intuitiv zu bedienen.Einige Details haben unseren Aufenthalt leider etwas getrĂŒbt: An den großen Fensterfronten befanden sich Spinnenweben, die wir selbst entfernt haben. Der Toilettendeckel war defekt, und das Kochfeld funktionierte nur eingeschrĂ€nkt – zwei Platten waren außer Betrieb, sodass Kochen nur bedingt möglich war. Der Fernseher empfĂ€ngt ausschließlich digitale Sender, leider keine öffentlich-rechtlichen Programme, was z. B. fĂŒr Nachrichten etwas schade war.Auch die Einrichtung im Wohn- und Essbereich wirkte eher funktional als gemĂŒtlich, Couch und Esstisch mit StĂŒhlen erfĂŒllen ihren Zweck, laden aber nicht unbedingt zum lĂ€ngeren Verweilen ein.Die Kommunikation mit Port54 gestaltete sich schwierig, RĂŒckmeldungen kamen teils spĂ€t, und die KlĂ€rung der technischen Probleme verlief etwas umstĂ€ndlich.Insgesamt ĂŒberzeugt die Wohnung durch ihre Lage, Ruhe und den fantastischen Meerblick. Mit besserer Wartung, einer etwas wohnlicheren Einrichtung und unkomplizierterer Kommunikation hĂ€tte sie das Potenzial, ein wirklich herausragender Aufenthaltsort zu sein.

Eine traumhafte Wohnung mit modernster Technik in einer noch traumhafteren Lage. Einen besseren Blick aufs Meer kann man nicht bekommen. Wir hatten das GlĂŒck, an einem Morgen einen grandiosen Sonnenaufgang zu erleben. Auch der große Balkon auf der anderen Seite ist ein Genuss. Super Kommunikation mit Port54. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Die Fewo war sehr gut, Lage und Ausblick bestens. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war uns etwas zu modern und hat zu viel Technik. Toilette mit Fernbedienung, das sagt schon alles. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet (KĂŒche alles MarkengerĂ€te) ordentlich und sauber. Parkplatz und Abstellraum fĂŒr FahrrĂ€der ok. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und mit tollen Möbeln ausgestattet. Aber Vorsicht "Möwen" sehen alles, nichts zu essen rausstellen ohne Aufsicht!! WĂŒnsche alle einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Penthouse-Wohnung und nicht so viel Regen.
