This property is why VRBO works for our family. The host clearly cares about this place - so the kitchen was well stocked with nice pots, pans, plates, etc. the beds were comfortable, the linens soft. The details for families with games and activities all on point. Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend for a family or group!

Wonderful accommodations. Great backyard on the river. Our two grandkids loved the rec room in the garage - table tennis, foosball, bikes, and even sand toys for the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Riverside Beach House with my in-laws, husband, and 2 kids. The back area on the River was wonderful. The proximity to town is great. Amenities were fantastic. The kids enjoyed ping pong and we had plenty of space. We hope to be back!

A great place for our family to stay!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed staying at the Riverside Beach House in Seaside. The teenagers loved having their own room and we all enjoyed cooking meals together, sitting out in the beautiful back yard and relaxing together in the living room. The house is centrally located for day trips. We would highly recommend this rental for families.

Great stay!

We loved our stay here! It was super clean, the check in process was seamless and easy, and felt super safe and secure for our young kids ranging from ages 5-9. A short walk to the beach and just good vibes. Comfortable beds, a super fun game room, and we'll stocked kitchen. The hosts were easy to reach and had great communication leading up to our stay. We had a great time and would stay again.

Awesome vacation home!

We loved the home, all of it's amenities and the proximity to local shops and sites! It was pretty rainy while we were there, but the kids had a great time with the foosball and ping pong tables! Great time had by all!
