This dreamy Seaside home has three bedrooms with simple, clean designs, modern furniture, high-end linens, and windows for natural light.
The master bedroom has a King bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and is just steps from the family bathroom. Bedroom 3 is perfect for kids with a bunk bed (twin on the top, full bed on the bottom). Unpack your suitcases, store your belongings in the closet, and feel at home.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
This home has two bathrooms. One is a family bathroom located in the center of the home, and the other in the master bathroom. Both feature updated fixtures and finishes, a tub/shower combo, and high-end towels.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
The well-stocked kitchen is a bright and functional space to make meals for your family. It features modern appliances, sleek countertops, and cabinets stocked with utensils, cups, plates, mugs, wine glasses, and other essentials.
Early risers can brew coffee in the coffee maker and enjoy it out on the private patio, and night owls can use the microwave to whip up a midnight snack and enjoy it in front of the front screen TV.
A sunny dining area is tucked between the kitchen and sliding glass doors that look out to the patio. There's seating for four.

☆☆ LOUNGE ☆☆
The living room is perfect for binge-watching your favorite shows or hosting movie nights after a day at the beach. It features a plush matching sofa and loveseat in front of a flat-screen TV, locally inspired artwork on the walls, and large windows that fill the room with sunlight.
If you are mixing business with pleasure, there's a simple work desk to open up your laptop, connect to the WiFi, and get your work done.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Sliding glass doors lead from the living area to the private fenced-in patio. With both sunny and shady spots, lounge furniture, and a barbecue grill, this patio is the perfect hangout spot for your group.

Perfect location and accommodations!

Perfect location for walkable access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the river! Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and really great communication from the host! Would stay here again.

Fun weekend getaway

Condo was great for weekend Seaside event with group of teens. Everything is within walking distance, house was clean and had everything we needed, and communication was easy with property management. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this condo! Location was perfect and within walking distance to downtown Seaside attractions. Rental was as advertised, and the owners communicated very well to ensure we had a great stay!

A great value

If you are coming to visit Seaside... this a great spot to stay. Close to the beach, aquarium and downtown. The property is well maintained, clean, and the owners put some nice touches on your stay including a welcome gift.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance of the beach and the promenade strip. The host had prompt communication. The condo worked well for our mini vacation and we'd book again.

Excellent Stay

We live about 90 minutes from Seaside, and go there quite often... much better than a hotel, this condo was very clean, Saumya was a great host, even had a welcome gift for us when we arrived! Location is great, about 5 short blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from the Broadway strip - quiet, all amenities, what more could you ask for?

Quick weekend away

We stay for the weekend for a cheer competition. The place was about a block away. My mother is wheel chair bound and the place was accessible for her to get in and out and easy for her to jolt down town in her electric wheelchair. Exactly what we were looking for

The property had everything we needed and wanted. Perfectly located near the heart of town and near the beach. The property was clean and quiet and the check in/out process was easy. I got regular communication from the property manager on my stay and what to expect, there was nothing I needed that they didn’t consider.

Great vacation place in Seaside!

We had a great time during our 5 day stay at this property in Seaside. The location is perfect, about 2 blocks from the beach and close to the promenade. Kitchen was fully furnished. The house was clean with all amenities. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our family and the place was very comfortable. We would recommend this property if you are looking for a vacation stay in seaside.

What a great stay in Seaside! Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, activities, and a few doors down from the Convention Center - where our daughter was participating in a dance competition. Our dog even enjoyed the fact that there was a small fenced outdoor area where he could go outside and sun himself. Couldn't have been better!

Great Stay in Seaside

This condo was a great place to stay in Seaside. We appreciated the parking right outside the condo. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Easily accessible to the "prom" for walks and we could walk to the little downtown area for dinner. It was a quiet complex and we felt safe leaving our windows open at night. Fans in the rooms were appreciated as the three of us experience our own personal summers :-) We would stay at this place again!

Good stay, great location

Almost everything was very good. Nothing super modern, but clean and everything worked. Excellent location, near the river, convention center, and downtown, and a couple blocks from the beachwalk where I had a great morning run. Minor quibbles: not enough washcloths in the bathrooms for the length of our stay, and lots of insects buzzing about just outside the door--they should install some kind of bug zapper or trap.

Seaside stopover

The condo is relatively small with a small kitchen but we went out for meals so not really a problem. I struggled with the internet although the password worked. Beds were comfortable and showers were fine. Overall it worked for us.

Perfect for our needs!

We just spent a wonderful summer weekend in Seaside at Riverwalk Seaside Condominiums. The property worked perfectly for our family, which consisted of my husband and me, our son, and our daughter, son-in-law, and toddler granddaughter. It’s rare to find locations where we can stay with our border collie, have enough bedrooms for everyone to have privacy, and have off-street parking for both of our vehicles, which Riverside provides. It was within easy walking distance of the beach and Seaside attractions. Conveniences like coffee for the coffee maker, commonly used spices and cooking oil, laundry detergent, doggie poop bags, and bathroom toiletries made our stay that much more comfortable. The unit has been recently remodeled so it was comfortable and nicely decorated. Saumya was very responsive with any questions we had about our stay, which was very helpful!
