The house is air-conditioned for your comfort throughout the year.The villa's outdoor area is the perfect place to enjoy peace and privacy. The 2900 m² garden features a private 32 m² pool with sun loungers, a covered terrace with a grill, and a lovely outdoor dining area. For the little ones, there’s a playground with swings, and for the sporty guests, outdoor fitness equipment. In the evenings, you can enjoy movies on the big screen under the stars.Villa Mila is ideally located – just 10 km from Labin and 15 km from Rabac, known for its stunning beaches and crystal-clear sea. A restaurant and a supermarket are only 3-5 km away.
