Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar 20 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, pub garden 20 m, bus stop "Pacifico" 20 m, railway station "Victoria Kent" 1.7 km, underground station "La Paz" 1.3 km, sandy beach "Huelin" 20 m, 250 m. Children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Museo automovilistico, Museo Thyssen, Museo Picasso, CAC Malaga. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Fantastic apartment basically on the beach! Very modern and well appointed. Great A/C. Though hot in early September we could eat breakfast on the balcony in the morning and played cards and relaxed there later at night. There are only a double promenade and bike lane between the unit and the sand. The beach is wide and long. The description does not do justice to the location. There are families and young people walking along the beautiful promenade from morning until late at night but the unit was very quiet. Small convenience store below the unit with an Express Carrerfour less than half mile to the east. We rented loungers and ate on the beach twice at Playa Gutierrez Restaurant. Frederico was the perfect host and always available.

Tout était PARFAIT: les communications concernant l'arrivée, l'accueil par Federico et les explications précises concernant le condo et les environs. Le condo lui-même était conforme aux photos, vraiment. confortable, lits et literie d'excellente qualité, terrasse idéale, building très sécuritaire!Si deux petites chaises de plage avaient été mises à notre disposition, nous donnerions 6 étoiles...sinon vraiment parfait!
