Best location on the south side IMO. The best boogie boarding and great snorkeling are literally across the street. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed.

The property was incredibly nice inside and out. The deck is perfect for sitting and watching the waves, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all you need - it felt like home.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this property again if we came back to Kauai. The property is well equipped, with everything we needed for cooking, sleeping and hanging out. The ocean is visible and audible across the street, and it is very easy to access Poipu beach, where several sea turtles haul up late afternoon until they leave in the early morning. There is also usually also one monk seal around on the beach - they tend to arrive in early morning and leave late afternoon. A large part of Poipu beach is sheltered and suitable for children to hang out in the ocean. A hot dog stand/shaved ice store in within walking distance, as is a surf shop and fish restaurant. Any other shopping (souvenirs or food) will require a short car ride. We hiked, walked along the beachfront, hung out with the seals and turtles, and drove to Waimea Canyon. The host was helpful and communicative. Its a great location and a very nice property.

Great location, beautiful house

We loved waking up to the sounds of the waves and watching the ocean from the porch. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and location can not be beat! Loved our stay here.

The house was in a perfect location across the street from the beach. We felt so lucky to be there and to sit on the porch and watch the water and then walk across the street to Poipu Beach and Brennecke Beach. The house was beautiful, well-designed, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, including beach chairs and snorkels. This is an amazing place. We hope to come back.

Getaway with the parents beachside

The space was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Being able to walk out the door and onto the beaches was especially easy for my parents after many hikes to beaches. The proximity to amenities and nearby towns made it convenient for local adventures.

Amazing, Again!

This was our second stay at this property, and it was as delightful as the first time. This place has everything I look for in a vacation rental, including an amazing location, a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, good water pressure in the shower, and lots of beach gear.

Great Spot - Our Fave!

We love this property and have now stayed here at least 4 times. We are thrilled everytime. My son and I are serious bodyboarders and when Brennekes has a swell, theres nothing better than to check the waves right from the porch!

Our Comeback!!

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times and we love it. Close to the beach, a pool nearby, close to a beach with turtles, close to tour locations of the Na Pali Coast! Its wonderful! And the house is wonderful!
