Casdanna 1: Sea View, 17 m² Terrace, 150 m from the Beach, Garage & Wi-Fi

Our Casdanna 1 apartment offers a stunning panoramic sea view (the beach is just 150 meters away as the crow flies) and features a 17 m² terrace (8 meters wide x 2.1 meters deep), equipped with a parasol, table, chairs, and sun loungers.



It is a spacious apartment (75 m² built area) consisting of a living-dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub (also usable as a shower), and 1 separate toilet.



A private garage is included free of charge, as well as WIFI (fiber optic), TV with SAT TV channels, and a Smart TV connected to the internet.



In addition to the terrace, guests also have access to an outdoor area with a barbecue and dining space.



The mediterranean-style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric grill, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, two coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and washing machine.



For our guests who choose a holiday rental for the independence it offers over hotels and who enjoy cooking, we provide a fully equipped kitchen: pots, assorted cutlery, wine glasses, blender, colander, vegetable peeler, pans, various types and sizes of dishes, glasses, etc.



Our holiday home Casdanna in Roses is located on a hill overlooking the Canyelles Petites cove. The beach is 130 meters away as the crow flies and can be reached via stairs or 400 meters along an easier path.



Thanks to its elevated location, it offers exceptional panoramic views of the bay and the sea. Canyelles is a quiet residential area of Roses, about 2 km from the town center, making it an ideal place for families with children or groups of friends looking for a peaceful holiday.



Casdanna is a house composed of three independent apartments. Each unit has a terrace (up to 40 m²), facing south to enjoy the Spanish sun all day long and the magnificent views. The apartments range in size from 75 to 95 m².



Each apartment includes: French TNT TV, fiber optic WIFI, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, and a private garage.



Our house is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, just 2 km from the center of Roses, with supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
