Ein nahezu rundum perfektes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr großzügig

Ein nahezu rundum perfektes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr großzügig geschnittene Räume, großer Garten mit viel Platz zum relaxen, grillen und spielen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küche mit top Geräten läd einfach zum kochen ein. Kleines Manko... Leider etwas zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Vielleicht auch beim nächstem Mal mit Hund.

Die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter der Ferienhausverwaltung Smolarek (besonders durch Herrn Milde) vorab und vor Ort war hervorragend, kompetent und freundlich! Störungen im WLAN wurden sofort behoben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern ist spartanisch und keinesfalls ausreichend für sechs Personen. Der Außenbereich ist eher lieblos gestaltet, die Außenmöbel und das Ambiente laden nicht zum Aufenthalt ein und mindern das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage unweit des Strandes auf Holnis ist dagegen hervorragend und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist top. Sehr ruhig und keine 5 Minuten bis zum

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist top. Sehr ruhig und keine 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Bei den kleinsten "Problemen" wurde uns innerhalb weniger Minuten geholfen. Sehr positiv, dass "Kleinigkeiten" wie Backpapier, Handseife oder Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden sind. Leider hat die Sauna einen technischen Defekt, sodass wir sie nicht immer nutzen konnten, da die Sicherung ständig rausgeflogen ist. & die Sonnenliegen waren leider kaputt. Schade auch, dass es lediglich 2 Sonnenliegen gibt, obwohl das Haus für 6 Leute ist. & die Küchenausstattung könnte man verdoppeln, alles gibt es max 8 mal. Somit ist man bei 6 Personen dauerhaft am Spülen, da auch einiges nicht vollständig gewesen ist. Alles in einem haben wir uns allerdings sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
