Danish holiday home “Lütt Huus”:

Our cosy holiday home was built in the Scandinavian style.
It is located on a large, fenced-in property in Glücksburg-Bockholm on the outer fjord of Flensburg, with a partial view of the fjord.

Our home offers plenty of space for your holiday. 

The total size of the holiday home is approximately 60 m². It accommodates 3–4 people.

The house is accessed via two flights of stairs and a paved path (gravel surface).

The house features:
1 bedroom with a double bed (2x80x200 cm),
1 bedroom with a double bed (2x70x195 cm)
1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet
1 fully equipped kitchen-living room with an electric stove featuring a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and standard kitchen appliances such as a microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

The holiday home features a cosy living area with a couch, armchairs, and a wood-burning stove, an inviting dining area, and amenities such as a TV, DVD player, stereo system, and Wi-Fi. In addition to the wood-burning stove, the holiday home is equipped with a split-system air conditioner, electric radiators, and underfloor heating (in the bathroom).

On the property, you’ll find two terraces, a beach chair, patio furniture, and a grill, as well as a lawn area for children and dogs.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels. A linen package can be booked through the rental agency.

There are plenty of parking spaces within walking distance.

One pet (dog) is allowed; additional dogs only by prior arrangement.

Please read the electricity metre on-site and leave payment (electricity: 0.50 € per kWh).

If arriving by car, enter the address “Am Krogbarg” or “Parkplatz, 24960, Bockholm.”
By public transport: Take the train to Flensburg; from there, take the bus to Bockholm.
The walk to the holiday home is approximately 700 metres.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Construction work for sewer line installation and low-voltage utility upgrades by the City of Glücksburg and Stadtwerke Flensburg in the Bockholm holiday village will begin on November 3, 2025. 
Our holiday homes Solsken, Solbakken, and Lütt Huus—Am Krobarg will be directly affected starting January 11, 2027. Prices have been reduced accordingly.

Our cosy Scandinavian-style holiday home in Glücksburg—Bockholm offers the following layout:

1 bedroom with a double bed (2 x 70 x 1.95 m)
1 travel cot and a high chair are available
1 living room with a wood-burning stove, sitting area, and dining area
2 TVs
Kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine
Bathroom with underfloor heating and walk-in shower
furnished terraces
An ironing board and iron are provided
Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels, or these can be booked directly with the landlord.
The house is heated by electric radiators and a split-system air conditioner.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
