Appartement situé au centre ville dans une zone tres dynamique avec pas malnde bruit restaurants en dessous dans la rue ouvert tard dans la nuitANNONCE STIPULÉ avec climatisation mais ne fonctionne pas a partir du 1er septembre car climatisation globale dans l’immeuble..pourtant chaleur intense avec beaucoup de bruit a l’exterieur, ovligé de laissé les fenetres ouverte.Pas de four..juste un micro onde.Prix trop elevé par rapport a l’offre

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian area, which is clearly mentioned in the listing. Being centrally located can indeed mean some activity and noise typical of hospitality areas. However, it's important to note that local regulations require restaurants to close by midnight, so they do not remain open late into the night. Regarding the air conditioning, our listing specifies that it is available during the summer months, and the building is equipped with central heating. While the centralized cooling system is not operational after September 1st, this is consistent with the information provided in the announcement. Un apartamento acogedor y tranquilo en pleno centro de Granada

Pros: La estancia ha sido muy agradable. El apartamento está en pleno centro de Granada pero es muy silencioso y tranquilo. Alrededor hay muchos sitios en los que comer de maravilla y está próximo a todo. Lo recomiendo porque es acogedor y la estancia en él muy agradable. Cons: Todo me gustó porque es que no le encontré ninguna pega al apartamento. Ubicación 10, limpieza 10, habitaciones 10, todo genial.
