The apartment is located just steps away from Puerta Real, the central point of Granada, considered the city’s ground zero. This elegant apartment occupies the first floor of an iconic building built in 1885, which has been carefully restored to preserve its charm and historical authenticity.
Upon entering the main door, you will be greeted by the antique door of the era, meticulously restored to maintain its original splendor.
To the right, you will find a cozy single bedroom, equipped with a built-in wardrobe, a 105 cm bed, a bedside table, and an elegant metal dresser, providing an intimate and comfortable space. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll reach the second bedroom, this time accommodating two people with its two single beds (90 cm each) along with their respective bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe for added convenience.
At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the spacious open-plan living and dining area, equipped with all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. This area features two comfortable sofas: one three-seater and one two-seater. Adjacent to them, you’ll find an elegant coffee table and a sturdy, extendable solid wood dining table that can seat up to eight diners, surrounded by natural wood chairs. This space is characterized by its two balconies with capitals, original architectural elements from the era that offer street views and add a touch of authenticity and elegance to the ambiance.
Continuing down the hallway that connects to the living area, you will arrive at a third bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (150 cm), a built-in wardrobe, and a balcony with street views, allowing natural light to enter.
Further down the hallway, you’ll find two complete bathrooms, both with showers and hydraulic tile floors that add a touch of style to these spaces. At the end of the hallway, you’ll reach the master bedroom, which features two single beds (90 cm each), bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe. This bedroom also includes a small en-suite bathroom with a shower.
To ensure your comfort throughout the year, the apartment is equipped with heating and ducted air conditioning, which evenly distributes temperature throughout the property, providing a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
