Covering 103 m², the apartment offers a living room with a sofa bed for one, a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to eight guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. The building has an elevator.



Public transport, supermarkets, and restaurants are within walking distance. One pet is allowed.

This property is in a good location! The area was friendly. Many food places were near. Fairly Easy walk to the Bonhoff and the Hoffbrau house.

It filled our needs for a long airport layover. It was very nicely located, close to everything. We were met by the host who was very helpful. There were plenty of beds and space. It was kind of hard to find since you have to enter through a gate. Wi-Fi was strong. Slightly run down, but price was perfect. We loved staying there.

Spacious for 2 people, suitable for large group on a budget. Interesting neighborhood, walking distance to center of town, but room itself was quiet. Host Mnakri was very friendly and always available. Would certainly stay again here.

This property was extremely expensive; we were there during Oktoberfest, so it was understandable that prices were elevated. The ground floor unit itself was VERY nice and clean - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining area, small kitchen. There was a lot of area to congregate. And, it was wonderfully located, walkable (for serious walkers) to the city center and the Oktoberfest park, also easily accessible via public transit from the airport. The staff was extremely responsive, i.e., providing us with extra keys very quickly. Our issue was where the unit was. It was on a small parking area for the building. The good news was that the unit was on the ground floor; however, the bad news was that our windows looked out on the interior parking area. Would I stay there again? Yes, for sure, IF the price were more reasonable.

Appartement pas très propre. Très peu équipé au niveau de la cuisine, trop peu de couverts. Vue sur la cour et les poubelles.Acceptable pour passer la nuit.Bon accueil cependant à notre arrivée.
