The apartment(s) were modern and well designed. The apartment(s) were generally in good condition but would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The location is convenient and close to transport, although as others have noted, there are a number of “adult” shops nearby. My rating would have been much higher but when I arrived, I was told the apartment I had booked was being renovated and we would need to move from apartment to apartment during our stay. The manager knew this well in advance but did not tell me. Had I known in advance, I would have found a different place to stay. Unfortunately this caused unnecessary distrust and concern.

Everything about this property was excellent. Pretty centrally located and could walk to shops and other attractions. The property was clean and was immaculate. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Clean, very convenient walking distance to Marien Platz and train station. We walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants, grocery shops. Needed more towels! Host very pleasant and informative. Apartment had everything we needed

The apartment was situated between Oktoberfest grounds and Marienplatz, so perfect for our stay. We were two couples and found it just right. The apartment was very soundproof. The bakery across the street was very good. The sandwich shop right next door also had delicious take away food.

Short stay in Munich

Well presented apartment, conveniently located a short distance from the central station. Easy walk to Marienplatz and other popular places. Good communication with the host and easy check in and check out process. Ideal, would recommend.

Great place close the everything!

Excellent stay in Munich! The location was central to the main train station and 15 min walk to Marienplatz All the tours were 10 min or so walking distance away from our apt. The food around the apt was good (excellent Italian, shwarma, and quick local breakfasts). The location on the street could be nicer (lots of trash, hooka bars, and strip clubs) but we always felt safe walking around, even late at night.

Modern and sparkling clean

First and lasting impressions were great. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and well provisioned with all amenities we needed. The neighbourhood is a little noisy, but to be expected in busy Munich. Recommended.

Modern und zentral im Bahnhofsviertel

Ich hatte die Wohnung wegen der zwei Bäder ausgewählt. Sie entsprach der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen - mit kleinen Abstrichen. Nur vier kleine Tassen, keine Geschirrtücher, im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Kosmetik etc.Auch war sie insgesamt eher dunkel und das Lichtsystem war in der Bedienung etwas umständlich. Ein paar Bilder an der Wand würden ein bisschen Gemütlichkeit bringen. Alles in allem hatten wir in der Preisklasse schon besser ausgestattete Wohnungen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind der nette und unkomplizierte Kontakt zum Vermieter und die zentrale Lage. Ein paar Kaffeekapseln und Teebeutel gab es auch.

Ladies trip!

The apartment was great. Very clean, modern and nice to have two full bathrooms. The train station was about a seven minute walk and about 15 minutes to the city centre, which was fantastic. As a group of women, we did not love the street we were on due to there being a number of strip clubs nearby. Overall we had a great stay!

An excellent property

Overall this was an excellent vacation stay. The unit is well located near the train station and within walking distance of the old town and main sites. The property manager was located onsite and was extremely helpful. The 2-bedroom unit was spacious and had all the needed amenities.

Few days in munich with family

Arranging for check in a bit high touch, other than that love the apartment and neighborhood. Lots of great doner/shawarma places, and some of the best bread just down the street. Be a bit careful if parking at the apartment…cars with a long wheelbase and fully loaded will bottom out.

Very nicely furnished, seems recently remodeled, right in the middle of everything with easy access to restaurants and activities.. secure parking for extra fee.
