Overall, very good. The location is in a part of town with a lot of kebab places and middle eastern markets. Definitely not typical germanngood or shops nearby, but we loved it.

Great location in Munich!

Our family had a great time, the apartment was very clean and it is in a great location. I highly recommend this stay.

Great location near Munich train station but host didn’t communicate this unit was on 7th floor and that the elevator was not working (7th floor not in unit bio and elevator issues not communicated prior). Only one odd shaped pillow per person (4) and no instructions provided on how to adjust temp in unit, use appliances, or turn the hall light off (motion sensor). I messaged host for 4 more pillows and how to use appliances, and control temps/light, I got no response/message but came back to the apartment to find a single pillow had been provided and the hall light had been turned off at the breaker box (which also turned off all lights in in the Primary bathroom). The unit had a washing machine which was nice as well as an oven, stove and microwave but no instructions (esp the cooktop which had no visible controls - host did come to unit when I messaged about the cooktop but we figured that out before the host arrived).

Excellent apartment, very clean and spacious. Perfect for the four adults in our family. In walking distance from main train station and the old city sites.

Nice, but Smelly Bedding

The place was in a decent location close to all tourist areas. The local property manager was very friendly. However, the pillows in the bedrooms stunk like sweat and that was pretty gross. Also the towels were threadbare and old. Improve on that, and the place would be excellent.

Great apartment, not accurate location

The apartment was very clean, furniture was comfortable, everything was new, even heated floors, every detail was wonderful. The only trouble we had was the location shown on VRBO was not where the apartment was located and the host was helpful when we got there but was not responsive prior to us getting there. We had to use VRBO customer service to get basic information such as the actual address and host phone number (which we had to have for check in). When we got there the host was very kind and helpful, even let us check in early.

Not Safe, Traffic Congestion, and lack of communications

I had made reservations for this location months in advance and asked on several occasions about where I could park a vehicle but was never provided with that information. On the day of our check-in, we drove to the property location which was extremely difficult to locate because of traffic and construction in the area. There was absolutely no safe or convenient place to park for unloading of luggage and the only parking facility was located blocks away which we only discovered on our own having to drive around the area on multiple occasions in an attempt to find a safe location for parking. The owner never provided a location for parking which added to our concern about using the property. In driving around the area, it became evident to me and my family that the area and neighborhood were not conducive to our personal safety. We made contact with the rental property and informed them of our decision that due to our safety concerns and the fact that there wasn't a safe location for parking that we had decided not to utilize the property.
