Terraced house "Carpa". Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. Private: small garden 27 m2. Patio (11 m2), garden furniture. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 20 km, ferry 1.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 10 km.
"Carpa", 3-room terraced house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning, fan and forced-air heating. Exit to the garden, to the patio. Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, fan and forced-air heating. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, fan and forced-air heating.
