The centralized heating system was not working
The town home is great and 2 blocks from the downtown. All the amenities provided were great but it was super cold and we were traveling with an infant and in the middle of the night the heating system stopped working and it became damn cold. I would suggest to check the heater connections.
This was the perfect townhouse to stay in for the weekend! I wish I lived in it full time, it's an excellent space. My three friends and I fit really well, two of us slept on the pull out couch. I would totally stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near the square. It's a short walk to everything in downtown, super quiet with convenient parking. The apartment needs coasters, there's too much wood not to have any. Other than that it was great. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice, and the bathroom was nice as well.
Great location, cute property!
Comfortably fit four adults. Great location across from Whole Foods and walking distance to the square. The manager and her daughter are a pleasure to work with. Would visit again!
Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location
Loved this apartment! It's very pretty and very clean. It worked out great for myself, my husband and adult son. The living room with the sleeper sofa is on the front side of the apartment, while the bedroom and bath are at the back, with the kitchen in between. Therefore, we were able to get up in the morning, make coffee, etc. without disturbing our son. (Often when there is a pullout that isn't the case.) The location couldn't be better - just a couple of blocks to the town square filled with restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and shopping. It was SO nice to walk to dinner and not worry about drinking. We would absolutely stay here again!
Great location & pretty big place - better signage needed
We had a great time at this location. It's nicer than the photos look.
The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch but not sure I'd pay $400 for 1 bedroom again (since I could do a nice hotel) but the pullout couch was actually the most comfortable thing ever.
The lockbox could be more clearly described and/or signage would be ideal. No out of towners know what the "east side of the building" is, maybe just say "the wall facing the parking lot". Maybe put a wreath or star on the wall they should be looking for, it was really confusing and we walked in the wrong door (the one the lockbox was next to).
The shower was really nice, but I wish there were more than 2 towels provided.
So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for the suggestion about the lockbox, a star or marker is a great idea, we will add that. There are always extra towels under the sink and in the closet. Also, we are very responsive to the needs of our guests and encourage communication if there is anything needed or if we can make your stay more comfortable. Hope to have you stay with us again soon.
The Love in the Air is Thicker Than the Smoke!!!! Sonoma Strong!
We loved this apartment!! It was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was supplied with all of the niceties that we need to cook. We had a washer and dryer which was perfect for us as we had been traveling for quite a while. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom awesome. Best of all was we were within walking distance of the Sonoma Square, where you will find the majority of the tasting rooms and restaurants. We were across the street from a little shopping center that had a Whole Foods. Most of the businesses were open and we were greeted often with "thank you for being here and not cancelling your trip". There was no way we would cancel because we knew that Sonoma needed our help to rebuild their economy. When we go back to Sonoma, we will definitely stay in this place again and I will recommend it to any friends I know traveling there. The only suggestion is to make it clearer is the location of the lock box. It is on the same side as the entrance for the Pilates Studio, but it is on the small part of the wall that juts out.
