This beautiful, west-facing villa with a modern design on 2100 sqft. for up to 8 people leaves nothing to be desired. Located directly on the canal with golf access, you can watch beautiful sunsets from the dock in the evening.

The highlights of this luxurious villa include the spacious, partially covered outdoor area with outdoor kitchen with gas grill and sink. The heated pool invite you to relax and unwind. The entire pool and lanai area is surrounded by a pool screen. A well-kept path leads to the dock, a perfect place to linger and enjoy. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. The beautiful plants give you a wonderful view of the canal.

All rooms are bright, modern and equipped with high-quality tiles. The elegant furnishings run through the entire villa. In the living room you will find a comfortable couch, an impressive TV wall and a modern electric fireplace. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa and on the terrace. The open dining area and the adjoining kitchen complete the picture of the living area. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything from a large American fridge with icemaker, stove, microwave, etc., of course, as well as a sufficient number of crockery and cutlery.

There are 4 bedrooms, two with a TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathtub and sink and have direct access to the pool area. A walk-in closet is also available. The guest bedroom have also a king-size bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds, which can be placed individually or together. Tn the 2nd. bathroom you will find a shower.

The villa is quiet but still centrally located. Shops, grocery stores and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and gas stations as well as golf and tennis courts are also just a short drive away. This villa offers the ideal starting point for your Florida vacation and is an excellent base for exploring Tampa, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Naples, Orlando, the Everglades and numerous other fascinating destinations.

A parasol, beach towels and cooler are available for your beach trip.

Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. From here you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva. You can rent a boat for this villa, just ask when booking.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
