The simply furnished apartment offers a unique position and the convenience of private access to the sea directly from your private courtyard. Various comforts are available, including air conditioning, a washing machine, and a private parking space.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you will find a large private area equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. A barbecue and an outdoor shower are also available. The direct access to the sea is only 25 metres from the apartment's courtyard. Air conditioning, a washing machine, and private parking are included.
Please note that there are stairs to access the property.
