The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. The living-dining room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, TV, fireplace, and a table for 6. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan provide extra comfort.



This floor also features a pleasant outdoor patio with a table and chairs for 6, perfect for outdoor meals. There is also a guest toilet and a private garage with washing machine, drying rack, and space for a small car, bicycles, or motorbikes.



Upper floor:

There are three bedrooms: main room with double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds. A full bathroom with shower is also available.
