only 5 minutes walk (250 meter) to the town, the sandy beach and the beach promenade with all the restaurants, cafes and shops.

The house is suitable for 4(6) people and fully equipped with everything you need.
With pool, Sunny garden, BBQ and In close WALKING DISTANCE to EVERYTHING (and still quiet at night).

You have sea view from both the upstairs floor and the downstais floor, terrace and garden. The house also has a private back-garden with sun all day.
