Guest access:Exclusive access to the entire private luxury property: large 4 bedroom 4 bath House plus large 1 bedroom 1 bath Casita, inviting Pool and Spa, Championship Tennis Court, 2 Car Garage and additional off-street parking for 4 more cars.
Interaction with guests:We respect your privacy. Beyond the initial welcome tour, we are happy to interact with you as much or as little as requested. I'm always available to help with anything around the house or to share recommendations about hikes, restaurants, things to do, etc.
Other things to note:We've made a number of eco upgrades to the property, including conversion mostly to LED lighting (even in the Pool and Spa), extensive low water desert-scape around the tennis court and pool area.
