Reservations and payments Reservations can be made online, by email or by phone and will only be confirmed after written or system-generated approval. Payment must be made 6 weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings (within 3 weeks), payment must be made upon arrival or directly online. A deposit of €100 is required for rental units.
Cancellations You must report this to the campsite in writing. 30 days before arrival: €25 cancellation fee 8–29 days before: 75% of the booking amount (minimum €50) 7 days or less, or no show: 100% charged In case of cancellation without a valid reason, a 30% fee may be charged.
Arrival and departure Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out (places): before 10:00 am Check-out (rental): before 12:00 noon Guests must register upon check-in; all visitors must also report to reception.
