Podere i Prati is a panoramic farmhouse in Val d’Orcia, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The house is managed with care for the environment, water, and energy use, offering a simple yet refined experience for those who appreciate slow and respectful tourism.



The 350 sqm farmhouse accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms in the sleeping area and 1 guest bathroom in the living area. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is next to the living room, featuring a table for 12 and a relaxation area with fireplace, sofas, and armchairs. The living room opens onto a large panoramic terrace with a barbecue.



Guests have access to a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.



Cots and high chairs are available for children.



Outside, there is a large garden and a swimming pool with panoramic views and sunsets over Val d’Orcia.



The farmhouse was renovated in 2007 following ecological principles and using sustainable materials. Solar energy covers part of the energy needs, and rainwater is collected to irrigate the garden.



The spaces are bright and spacious, with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, and are close to the medieval villages of Montepulciano, Pienza, Sarteano, San Quirico, and Radicofani.
