This group accommodation has 4 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. Part of the garden is fenced off.

On the ground floor, in the left half, you will find the dining area: a kitchen with a long table that can seat up to 14 people. This makes the accommodation very suitable to rent together with one of the neighbouring houses, if you come with more than 10 people. You will then have a place where you can eat together.
You can relax in the lounge area on the right-hand side. There you will also find a second kitchen. Both kitchens are fully equipped with various appliances. 

This room is also very suitable as a training or meeting location. The TV is hung so that everyone at the table can see it for a presentation, for example. 
The lounge area and the dining area can be separated by two soundproof doors.

On the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms and two toilets. Upstairs, there are two more double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet and walk-in shower. All beds are fitted with new mattresses from Auping by early 2025. 

This accommodation has an internal storage room containing a washing machine. It is not located directly on the waterfront, although it is a short walk from the centre building and the little beach.
