The farmhouse is located in the picturesque Zillergrund, the easternmost side valley of the Zillertal, which stretches over 25 kilometers—from the Austrian-Italian border to Mayrhofen. Surrounded by unspoiled nature and majestic mountains, the location offers spectacular views and a peaceful atmosphere. The center of Mayrhofen is only about 10 kilometers away, where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés. The traditional Thanner Inn is just one kilometer away and invites you to enjoy regional specialties.

The farmhouse is easily accessible by car all year round. Three parking spaces are available right next to the cabin.
