Access and check-in:

In-person check-in required from 15:00. The booking holder must be present to sign the holiday rental agreement and complete guest registration as per current regulations. Access code will be provided after this process. Arrivals between 21:30 and 00:00 incur a late check-in fee. Refundable security deposit required at check-in.



Outdoor relaxation:

Large private garden with barbecue and outdoor shower. Two terraces (one covered, one open), perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing evenings.



House rules:

Parking: 2 shared indoor spaces plus additional street parking.



Restrictions:

No pets. No smoking indoors. No extra beds without prior approval. Your comfort during your stay is our priority.



Peaceful environment:

No bachelor/bachelorette parties or loud events. Please avoid excessive noise such as loud music or shouting.

15 minutes’ walk to the beach and town center. Great access to motorway, services, leisure, and public transport nearby.

Departure by 11:00. Please leave the house as you found it to avoid extra charges.
