Relax in the courtyard, featuring a lower terrace with a grill and large table, perfect for dining al fresco by the inviting pool. Enjoy convenient access to a variety of shops, eateries, train and bus stops, and exciting attractions, all within walking distance. With its excellent location, this home is ideal for visitors without a car.

Designed with families in mind, the house comes with 3 large TVs, 1Gbit internet, Disney+, Xbox, Super Nintendo, and various board games to keep everyone entertained. For your little ones, we provide a travel crib, high chair, and children's plastic dishes. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a cappuccino coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, induction stove, hot air grill, kettle, sandwich maker, blender, juicer, and a full set of dishes.

Beautiful apartment with a bus stop right outside. Very easy to check in. Host very responsive. Lovely bottle of fizz and some beers waiting for us on arrival. A/C was great, lots of room for the 6 of us that stayed here. The pool was lovely and very welcomed as it was 30 degrees. Supermarkets very close too.

Great place! Nine of us stayed for a week, 4 adults, 5 children (ages from 17 to 6 years old). Space enough for everyone. Patio area at the rear with table to seat 8 people. Note: One of the bedrooms on 3rd floor does not have air conditioning.

Never again

Future guests need to be aware that this 5 bed house is nestled in a communal complex at the top of a steep hill shared with locals. There are extremely strict rules regarding noise. Between 3pm and 5pm there has to be absolute silence as well as between 11pm and 8am. There is a decibel counter in the living area that is to stay under 60. Unfortunately two people talking will push this up over that limit making it entirely unsuitable for sharing a house with 10 other people. The living room is very small as is the hot tub considering the capacity of the property. The pool is shared with the locals in the commune, it is not a private pool. We were only made aware it might not be open AFTER booking. It was opened a few days into our holiday. There are NO sun loungers around the pool and the grass wasn’t cut. The neighbours are extremely sensitive regarding noise around the pool. You cannot eat or drink at the pool, we were told we couldn’t even drink water by a neighbour. The patio area is quite small. There were only two sunloungers on the patio between 10 people. Some of the garden chairs need replaced as the plastic is loose on the arms of some of them. There is also an alarm that the neighbours can set off if you are too noisy which we were not told about. There is a surveillance camera in the patio which is an invasion of your privacy. We thought the apartment was just ok, but you should be aware of the over the top rules, unsuitable when there are 10 people sharing.

Beautiful Stay

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön, das Haus ist groß und ausgenommen von der Küche sehr modern. Besonders hervorragend ist der nette Umgang mit Virgo. Ich habe selten ein so unglaublich netten und zuvorkommenden Hausinhaber kennengelernt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!
