Located in Premià de Dalt, this 300 m² holiday home welcomes up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with on-demand video, washing machine, dryer, fan, and a dedicated workspace. A cot is provided for families with babies.



Step out into the private garden, two balconies, and covered terrace, where you can enjoy stunning mountain and sea views. The private outdoor pool offers relaxation, along with an outdoor shower and your own barbecue for unforgettable al fresco dinners.



Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Pets are allowed, and smoking is permitted throughout the house. Please note that events are not allowed. Additional amenities include shared table tennis, bike storage, and shared toys and books for children. The property has step-free access for your convenience.
