A great way to stay and play in Charleston without being caught in the hustle and bustle! Steps away from the famous Authur Ravenel, Jr Bridge where one of the largest 10k races take place every year. You can walk/run/bike or just sightsee from the paths on either side of this magnificent new bridge.
This home is approximately 1400 sq.ft and has been completely remodeled. Beautiful finishes throughout the house, no detail left undone. All bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home as well as the guest full four piece bath. The Master Bedroom features a modern en suite three piece bath! All bedrooms contain one queen size bed(one tempurpedic) and ample closet space. A powder room and laundry room conveniently located downstairs off of the living room. For your convenience a washer and dryer is located downstairs in a separate closed off space.! Starter kits with Toilet Paper, paper towels, and cleaning items, etc. will be provided to start your vacation off right!
A beautifully landscaped and fenced patio is tucked in back off the dining room/living room complete with gas grill, and outdoor dining table with umbrella.

Excellent All-Around Value
We found that this house suited our needs very well. It's conveniently located in Mount Pleasant, near everything, and a short drive from Charleston, West Ashley, and area beaches. While the house itself appears a bit older, it has had several upgrades to its decor and amenities, and was very clean and neatly laid out.
In particular, we commend the very thorough effort that went into equipping the house. In addition to a gas grill, it offers ample dishware, glassware and cutlery; plenty of cooking utensils; just about every kitchen gadget that one might need; and a solid array of small electrics (coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, even a bread maker). HVAC worked well and gave us no issues.
While it offers three bedroms, if we're being honest we would have to say that six adults might feel a little cramped here, especially with four of them sharing the sole hall bath upstairs. But for two adults with a few kids, or three adults and a child or two, this property represents a decent value while providing a level of visual appeal, mechanical reliability and abundance of core items (like utensils, kitchen tools and such) rather well above the norm.
The property manager is incredibly thoughtful, responsive, cheerful and friendly. Our few small requests for information or assistance all were met promptly, efficiently and graciously. We came away very impressed, and recommend this property as an excellent value for those seeking something more than just bare-bones accommodation in the Charleston area.
Stayed over memorial day holiday in 2017
The townhouse was beatifully decorated. The location could not of been any better - close to restaurants, wholefoods and highway access. The only problem we had was the second floor hall bathroom, however the landlord fixed it has soon as I called. Great place.
This townhouse was in close proximity to where our son lives. It was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and anything else we needed. Had to stop at store for hand soap, as a couple dispensers in restrooms were empty (no biggie/emailed and it was going to get taken care of for future renters). Lady was very quick to respond to my emails.

Clean, comfortable, convenient
My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed her for a week to see the sights in Charleston. The place was nicely maintained, and the location--just outside of downtown, but well within reach of everything--was very convenient. Sheryl, the property manager, was responsive to all of our requests and quite friendly.

Absolutely wonderful stay across the bridge and a "hop, skip, and a jump" from downtown! Quiet neighborhood with many amenities in walking distance, including shops and restaurants (Outback Steakhouse proved to be an extra-special night out with the proprietor personally stopping by to ensure that we were enjoying our meal!). Spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath END Unit Townhouse finished with high-end materials in kitchen and all bathrooms. Property Manger was very friendly and accommodated our request to check-in early. Perfect location for romantic getaway or a larger group looking to enjoy Charleston nightlife. Looking forward to staying here again in the very near future!
