The lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located in the village of Schönwald, birthplace of the cuckoo clock and a spa town at 1,000 meters in the Black Forest.



The 28 m² apartment accommodates up to 3 guests. There is a living-bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed (1.70 m), plus a bathroom with bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and air fryer.



On your private covered balcony, you can relax on lounge furniture with cushions, blankets, and a sunshade, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.



The complex features a beautiful communal heated indoor pool, which you can use free of charge. A sauna for 2–3 people is available for an extra fee. Additional shared facilities include table tennis, table football, and fitness equipment in a dedicated room, as well as a common room for games or socializing and a ski storage room.



A communal parking space is available on the property, along with ample street parking. There is also a shared charging station for electric cars.



Schönwald is famous as the birthplace of the cuckoo clock. In winter, there are 2 ski slopes (15 minutes on foot) and extensive cross-country trails; in summer, a natural outdoor pool, park with mini golf, and playgrounds. Visit the ski jumping hill, Triberg with Germany’s highest waterfalls, Furtwangen with the Danube source, or hike the Heilklimasteig trail directly from Schönwald.



Within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find a small supermarket with baked goods, 2 restaurants, and local shops.



The location is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers, skiers, and nature lovers.
