Nice place, very good location and great view of the pool. Bathrooms were dated, but the rest of the place was cozy. Plenty of pool/beach gear.

The unit was well appointed and we really appreciated the closeness to the beach, the community pool and other local shops. A few days were too windy for beach time so the pool was a great perk! We enjoyed our stay and the unit met our needs well for a trip where we were out exploring most of the time. It was clean, convenient, and had several nice updates throughout. While some older fixtures were noticeable in the showers, everything was functional and the space worked well for what we needed. Overall, a great option for travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay while exploring the area.

Wonderful stay

Perfect location, home is great . Near pool, you can see from both decks. The walking paths were fantastic and just a quick skip to the beach!

The place was nice.i would stay there again would just say they need to put new blinds on patio doors upstairs and down.

Fantastic Stay in Shipyard

The unit was perfect for my now fiancé {engaged during stay} and our dogs! We spent forever searching for a dog friendly unit that checked all of our boxes! Community pool directly behind the unit, and beach is a quick hop and skip! Unit had all we needed and more!

Perfect Location!

The unit was perfect for our family as it was steps from the pool, a 10-minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops! The unit was clean, and the owner was responsive during the trip.

Highly recommend!

Everything was great! Very clean and nice! The owner is super nice and has done everything possible to help make your vacation wonderful!! Easy bike ride to everywhere including the beach. Beds were super comfortable also!

Perfect location & pet friendly

We loved the location. So close to Sonesta. We walked our dogs to the Shipyard beach everyday. The outside deck over looking the pool was a special treat. Our family of 2 small dogs & young adult children really enjoyed our stay & would rent again.

We had a great time

We had a great stay at this unit. Really enjoyed the location as it was easy bike ride to the beach. The back deck overlooking the pool was a nice place to relax. Beds were very comfortable which is at the top of our list for amenities! Owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Hilton Head Stay

We loved the townhouse which had great views of the pool and garden area. Loved the trails and short walk to the beach. The townhouse was clean and well stocked. We contacted the owners for the door code and they quickly responded. They were great to work with.

AMAZING

The total experience at this property was amazing. Checking to checking out. The owners was so helpful with any questions asked. The beach was a short 10 min walk from the property inside the gated community. I would highly recommend this property and we will be returning on future beach trips.

Location, location, location

This condo is great. It has a wonderful location in Shipyard. It is close to the beach and golf course and it's very comfortable with a great deck and community pool. The entire rental process was extremely easy and hassle free. There were no issues or problems with the condo that would keep us from recommending it to others.

Great place, great location

They place was in a perfect location. Very close to the beach, golf, and literally steps away from the pool in the backyard. We had an awesome time and certainly took advantage of the well-equipped kitchen and outdoor deck and barbecue. Adam was wonderful to work with and we did not have any issues at all. Would definitely recommend it.

Relaxing and convenient to everything !

The guys loved the new large tv with all the football playoffs! Beds were really comfy too. Just needed warmer weather which we forgot to request...lol 😀 Adam was so nice to work with and always had a quick response. Definitely recommend them.

Great location - Great Time

Overall the villa was in a great location. We rented to attend the RBC Heritage Golf Tourney. We were disappointed there were no ceiling or stand fans to cool off rooms, and no BBQ for burgers. The furniture, new rugs, new paint were great updates. Location was easy to get too and many things in area. Would rent there again.

Great Place to Stay!

We spent a long Labor Day weekend in Tennis Master 304 and it was great. The condo is very close to the beach and it's right next to the swimming pool. The Tennis Master complex is our favorite because of its location and they have one of the best swimming pools in Shipyard. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. The owners are very nice, very easy to work with and prompt with communication.

Comfortable

Nice location, comfortable beds, decorated appropriately. Door entry was perfect and secure. Floors could use a good cleaning downstairs, faucets need to be scrubbed underneath, and ice maker is not working. Everything else was as expected. Thank you for sharing your home.

Christmas Vacation

My husband, dog and I had a wonderful vacation at Adam's villa. It was very clean, good kitchen equipment and utensils. Lots of TV's etc . It was also close to the beach less than a 15 minute walk. Adam was very responsive in terms of a few minor issues, which is very important.

Loved our stay

The unit is clean, the location is super convenient, the unit was stocked well, and the owners are great to work with. We hope to be back soon. We have stayed places that didn't leave enough dishwasher soap, trash bags, tp, or paper towels and this was not the case here. The only thing missing in the kitchen were lids to the rubbermaid containers, and maybe some small plastic cups for the kids.
