On the upper floor, there are three quiet and comfortable bedrooms: a king-size bed (200×180 cm) and two queen-size beds (200×160 cm), also ideal for children thanks to the provided fall protection and travel crib for the little ones. A bright bathroom with a bathtub and shower completes the sleeping floor. A modern washing machine is also available.



Garden & Outdoor

The 450 m² fenced garden is your private oasis: jump into the pool, challenge each other at Petanque, or let the day end with grilling in the lounge area on the large terrace. For the little ones, there is pool toys and a table tennis table, while you relax and enjoy the Provençal sun.



The pool has been fenced in recently (see pictures), so that the little ones can also romp around safely in the garden.



Region & Activities

From the quiet second row in a protected residential complex, you can reach the sandy beach Plage de la Péguière (1.5 km) and the bay Plage du Fournas (1.2 km) with its pebble beach in just a few minutes. Bakery, restaurants, harbor, and supermarket are within walking distance at around 700 m. The St-Raphaël-Valescure train station and city center are only 1.8 km away.



The entrance to the famous hiking trail Sentier du Littoral in Saint-Raphaël is only a 15-minute walk away - where spectacular coastal paths with views of the azure blue sea, quiet bays, and the red peaks of the Esterel can be discovered.
