Le Trayas: New house, new condition, real little gem in absolute calm, on two levels with sea view, fully air-conditioned, WiFi connection, 10x4 pool and garden, 750 m2 plot completely fenced with electric gate, Garage with automatic gate and outdoor location as well as the possibility of parking on the very quiet Avenue.

On the ground floor, entrance with guest toilet, laundry with storage washing machine and direct access to the garage, a very well equipped American kitchen, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric hob, extractor hood, washing machine. crockery, open onto sea view terrace and dining room with its 2 terraces: one with sea view and swimming pool, a second large covered terrace with plancha and large tables for 8 guests.

The air-conditioned living - dining room includes a large corner sofa with coffee table, desk bookcase furniture, large screen TV cabinet and home cinema installation, audio system plus 2 low storage units. Dining table for 8 people.

On the 1st floor, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed, 2 of which are en suite with private adjoining shower room plus an independent shower room and WC for the other 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds which can to pair.

In the garden, 10x4 infinity pool with comfortable access to the pool by stairs in the children's area with a depth of 0. 90 then slope up to 1. 60 meters. The swimming pool is surrounded by a superb stone terrace with solar shower, then a space for small pebbles. It is protected for its access by 3 gates as well as by an audible alarm.

8 sunbathings will allow you to enjoy the swimming pool, the absolute calm of the environment of the villa as well as the Mediterranean sun.

The Port and the Figueirette beach are about 800 meters away, with its bars, restaurants, diving club, boat rental, jet ski, etc. Just before, a mini-market is available throughout the year.

But also access to the Esterel natural park, its many walks in a magnificent landscape and unspoiled nature.

Golf de Mandelieu at 8 Kms and the famous golf courses of Saint Raphael are about fifteen kilometers away as is the superb city of CANNES, its Festival Palace and its old town, NICE and Italy are just a stone's throw away.

Our stay was fabulous, we absolutely loved this place, and would come back. The house was beautiful, the pool was lovely and very clean, the kitchen was great and well equipped, all the air con worked perfectly. The only thing I would say is the beach is more like a 15/20 minute walk rather than 6 minute as it says in the listing.

Excellent sejour en famille et amis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Villa très agréable à vivre avec une très belle piscine propre et une vue à couper le souffle. L’annonce est conforme à la réalité. La villa est situé dans les hauteurs, une calanque et une plage reste néanmoins accessible à pied. Un véhicule est nécessaire pour s’aventurer un peu plus loin. 2 voitures peuvent se garer dans la propriété facilement. Un garage est également disponible même si ne nous l’avons pas utilisé. Une gare est également accessible à pied en 15 minutes pour se rendre dans les villes aux alentours (nous sommes allés à Cannes en train facilement). Merci à Jean Bertrand et Perrine qui nous ont très bien accueilli et qui ont très disponibles pour rendre notre séjour agréable en répondant rapidement à nos questions. Merci également au propriétaire sérieux, disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. Nous recommandons !

Fabulous home with amazing views

We have just had an amazing 2 week stay in this beautiful home as a family of 4 and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The villa was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed including lots of space. The views are amazing and the pool superb. Great views, space and facilities in the property but isolated regarding shops, bars and life in general. A car is a must at all times. Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house in a wonderful location

Six of us had a great stay here at the end of May. The house is spacious and well equipped for up to eight people. Lots of kitchen equipment and plenty of space and chairs / tables. Also plenty of bathrooms. There are beautiful views of the Mediterranean and the coastline. Trayas is a quiet place. There is I think just one shop where we bought croissants and bread. It’s quite expensive but is only a short walk down the hill (but steep hill back up). There are a few restaurants in the village but we only went to Ma Tipi for lunch on the beach.

On veut vous remercier pour cet agréable séjour. La maison est vraiment magnifique, avec le design typique français elle est impressionnante. La maison se situe très bien par rapport la plage, il y une supérette a coté. La piscine est propre, il y avait plein des jouets gonflables, on pouvait rester toute la journée sur les chaise- longues sans aller a la plage. Le propriétaire a bien pris en compte tous mes demandes personnelles, très gentil et très attentionné. J`espere que la maison deviendra encore plus adapté pour tous les ages de touristes qui vont habiter là bas. Pour nous les jours dans la maison s’est passés très bien avec les grands souvenirs et très belles impressions. Merci

Malgré plusieurs points négatifs, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Très belle maison et chambres climatisées appréciées. Les 2 grill mis à notre disposition étaient inutilisables, car rouillés et sales... Les 2 derniers jours, la piscine était impraticable car suite au manque d'entretien, une pellicule glissante s'est déposée au fond de la piscine. (photos à votre disposition). Pour le prix de la location de ce bien, nous pouvons exiger plus de professionnalisme de votre part. Lors de l'état des lieux final, votre référante a aussi constaté ces problématiques. Villa idéalement située avec de multiples espaces pour toute la famille. Prestations de qualité, conformes à l'annonce, nous avons été enchantés par le cadre. Prendre son petit déjeuner avec la vue sur la mer est très agréable. La piscine aux belles dimensions, sans vis à vis, est un pur bonheur. La voiture est conseillée pour l'accès à la plage pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. SVP ne réservez avant nous !!! ...

Excellent House!

This is a house I would recommend to my best friends. It is build on the slope of hill with a splendid view over the Mediterranean. The house is very clean and tidy, well maintained and good organized. We rented this "heaven on earth" already for the fifth consecutive time. It is located very well: in a calm region but close to everything you need. The pool is very good oriented and has crystal clear water, the rooms are airconditioned, spacious and quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living room is very spacious as-well. The location has the best comfort you can imagine and is located in a very safe neighborhood. Our kids love it and feel "at home". The owner is very correct and easy going. No hidden costs but very straightforward. Even the cleaning personnel is client-oriented. Don't hesitate and book it!!!
