This is a holiday home which is privately rented out by us. We have renovated and refurbished the house with great attention to detail so that you will certainly feel at home as our guest. Of course, we have also taken ecological concerns into account during the renovation. Only building materials from brand manufacturers that have been tested for compatibility were used. In order to keep the house's CO2 quota as neutral as possible, we installed a photovoltaic system that feeds the electricity it produces into the holiday home's grid. Needless to say, the cleanliness and hygiene of the holiday home is our top priority. The holiday park is located directly on one of the cleanest bathing lakes in Hesse. Here you can hike, swim and cycle at your leisure. The Silbersee has two beaches (one with DLRG bathing supervision / seasonal) as well as several hiking trails, mountain bike and cycle routes. Motor vehicles are only allowed on the holiday park to a limited extent. It is only permitted to drive up to the holiday home for loading and/or unloading. There are plenty of parking spaces for your car in the reception area. The village of Frielendorf with various shopping facilities and a good range of restaurants is approx. 1.5 kilometres away.Cosy living room with L-shaped sofa bed (approx. 140 cm x 200 cm), two armchairs, wood-burning stove, large dining area, 42" LCD flatscreen TV with DVD player, satellite receiver, Dolby Surround System, floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the large, beautifully landscaped terrace, air-conditioned (!) living area with additional ceiling fan above the sofa bed. 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (one of which has a double bed). Bedrooms each with a double bed (including 1 double bed with a large 1.60m x 2.00m mattress - please note: 1 large sheet required), LCD flatscreen TV with DVD player and satellite receiver, safe, indirect stylish lighting. The two bedrooms on the upper floor of the house have access to the balcony, one bedroom also has its own washbasin. The bedroom on the mezzanine floor of the house has its own toilet with washbasin. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and crockery. Bathroom 1: shower, WC and washbasin Bathroom 2: WC with washbasin (next to the bedroom on the mezzanine floor) Balcony and terrace with seating; laundry can be done at reception or in the laundry room of the Silbersee holiday park for a fee.Private, sheltered (outdoor) wellness area with heated Finnish hot tub for up to 6 people and a separate solar shower.
