The 255m² two-storey house was fully renovated in 2016 and is suitable for ten people. It has five bedrooms, five shower rooms a main kitchen with a living room and another little kitchen unit and a living room in the attic. The 72m² ground floor has a large living room with a cooking island and a dining space. The terrace is in front of it. The first floor comprises two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own 7m² bathroom. The first floor is rounded off by a little living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (width 140cm with memory foam mattress), a TV area, a triple wardrobe and a 35m² terrace. The second floor has a big room , two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a terrace as its own area. Four bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, the fifth with a two single bed. The bathrooms are very modern and light. Wireless Internet access and air conditioning are provided. There is a new outdoor kitchen with an ice maker.
Each floor boasts a large terrace, so every guest can find their favourite place to relax and retreat. The views from the terraces are impressive. The site is enclosed by a stone wall. Children can play and run around on the lawn in the garden, while the infinity pool next to it provides fun and enjoyable moments for all ages. In front of the pool at ground level there is a 40m² terrace for relaxing outdoors. It has a large table where you can enjoy meals. An awning provides shelter from too much sun. The outdoor area by the pool can be illuminated at night. There are two car parking spaces on site.
. The owner can also organise trips to the nearest national parks Slapovi Krke and Roski Slap, as well as daily tours to Kornati National Park and the nearby islands.
The sea and the little harbour are about 80 to 90 metres from the house. It is 300 metres to the pebbled beach. Restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance.
