The Master Bedroom has a California King bed with high thread count sheets and 100% cotton bath linens. There is also a walk-in closet and a beautiful copper ceiling fan. View the crystal clear pool water while lying in your bed ... the master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens up to the backyard and swimming pool.
The 3rd bedroom has a full-size pull-out memory foam mattress that sleeps 2 comfortably. This room also has a desk with copier, printer and scan capability.
Our home is five minutes from the I-10 and McCallum theater. Costco is also 5 minutes away in case you need to stock up for your visit.
The River shopping mall/movie theater is about 7 minutes away as are many fantastic golf courses...
Hungry? Just a 5 minute stroll to Sherman's Deli, Bristol Farms, and Gorilla Burger- which boasts The Best Burger in the Valley and boy is it true!!! Feeling lazy? Order a yummy pizza from Pa Pa Dan's, just next to Sherman's Deli, they deliver...
Our home is wired! We have a 65' LED TV with a complete Sonos surround sound system , free high-speed WiFi, full digital cable with over 250 channels and an Amazon TV First Stick for unlimited movie viewing. We also have tons of board games! The yard has lounge chairs with thick cushions, a dining table that sets 6, pool toys and a bistro set on the patio with a built-in wine bucket.
And now for the boring stuff: full size washer and dryer, brand new Samsung refrigerator with double capacity ice maker/dispenser and triple filtered water system. New gas BBQ with 1 touch ignition. 2 car garage.
Top tier pool and landscape service provided twice per-week.

My husband and I purchased this property as a place to relax and get away. We try to get to Palm Desert at least twice a year. Now that we have small children, it is difficult to get away. This property is a vacation home. One of our favorite things to do is BBQ, night swim and play board games with our kids until the wee hours. We also love to walk over to the Desert Springs Marriott and take a boat ride to Mikado restaurant for dinner. We do a background checks on potential renters. The property is newly landscaped, clean and well maintained.

Our vacation home was set up for relaxation. We have a beautiful crystal blue pool that is very well maintained. The guest room has bunkbeds- size double, not twin- perfect for teenagers, grandchildren and adults. The room also has everything a kid/or big kid could want; their own private soda machine and Sony Play Station 3. We have lots of board games, a heated private pool and a clean indoor-outdoor living concept. The pool is professionally cleaned twice per-week, the landscaping is professionally maintained once per-week and the trash is full service: bins taken out and returned for you.

Prime location! This house is a vacation home. It is very private and quiet. The house is kid friendly and is walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Palm Desert as well as Bristol Farms gourmet market, deli and restaurant. El Paseo is only - only a 2.5 mile walk, there are multiple golf courses minutes away that offer seasonal membership. There is a community center and theatre less than 1 mile away. Tile flooring and an open kitchen concept are perfect for entertaining and conversation.

The location of this home was excellent - could walk to Bristol Farms, Albertsons and many excellent restaurants. The yard was very quit and private in a very safe and quiet gated community. The pool was very enjoyable and the yard was not affected by the wind. The master bedroom had a nice comfy bed and the living room furniture was very comfy too. There was a good supply of dishes and utentils. This home is great for families with young children and pets. The owner of the house was very good about taking calls and helping out.
