Resort living at its best! This beautiful desert home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering stunning views of the desert mountains. Take a dip in the large, crystal clear pool while you BBQ dinner on the grill. Need a lemon for your cocktail or want to make fresh-squeezed lemonade? We have multiple citrus trees and a small orchard on the side of the house.

All tile floors for easy clean-up.

COOL interior location within the gates of Merano. With a classic, quiet ambience, this 3-bedroom is pristine. Monochromatic, soothing white-on-white interior with an open kitchen concept. Perfect for entertaining and conversation.

The North/South exposure with an extended aluminum-clad patio cover will shield you from the sun's heat, while the sparkling pool with an elevated patio area and peek-a-boo view creates your private Shangri-La!

The gourmet market, Bristol Farms, is within walking distance of the property.

The Master Bedroom has a California King bed with high-thread-count sheets and 100% cotton bath linens. There is also a walk-in closet and a beautiful copper ceiling fan. View the crystal-clear pool water while lying in bed ... the master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the backyard and swimming pool.

The 3rd bedroom has a full-size pull-out memory foam mattress that comfortably sleeps 2. This room also has a desk with a copier, printer, and scan capability.

This home is five minutes from the I-10 and McCallum Theater. Costco is also 5 minutes away in case you need to stock up for your visit.

The River shopping mall/movie theater is about 7 minutes away, as are many fantastic golf courses...

Hungry? Just a 5-minute stroll to Sherman's Deli, Bristol Farms, and Gorilla Burger- which boasts The Best Burger in the Valley, and boy is it true!!! Feeling lazy? Order a yummy pizza from Pa Pa Dan's, just next to Sherman's Deli, they deliver...

Our home is wired! We have a 65' LED TV with a complete Sonos surround sound system, free high-speed WiFi, digital cable, and an Amazon TV First Stick for streaming. We also have lots of board games! The yard has lounge chairs with thick cushions, a dining table that seats 6, pool toys, and a bistro set on the patio with a built-in wine bucket.

And now for the boring stuff: full-size washer and dryer, brand-new Samsung refrigerator with double-capacity ice maker/dispenser, and triple-filtered water system. New gas BBQ with 1-touch ignition. 2-car garage.

Top-tier pool and landscape service provided twice per week.

Maid service available for a fee.

Very comfortable

House was very comfortable and provided a pleasant stay. Plenty of room for the two of us and nice to be able to lounge around the pool area. Very convenient location in Palm Desert and close to everything. Melissa was very accommodating and communicative.

Easy Living in the Heart of Palm Desert

This is a very livable house in a friendly gated community in the heart of Palm Desert. Quite simply, the location could not be better. The house is easy to maintain and comfortable. It was wonderfully well-stocked with necessities, kitchen implements, pool towels, etc. The Host is thoughtful and responsive.

Great Host/Owner, Great Location

Melissa greeted us and showed us "the ropes." The kitchen was great to work in with excellent equipment. The bed couldn't have been better and while we didn't use the lovely pool, it made for an interesting source of mystification for our toy poodle every time he went out. Thanks again, Melissa.

Excellent Location

The location of this home was excellent - could walk to Bristol Farms, Albertsons and many excellent restaurants. The yard was very quit and private in a very safe and quiet gated community. The pool was very enjoyable and the yard was not affected by the wind. The master bedroom had a nice comfy bed and the living room furniture was very comfy too. There was a good supply of dishes and utentils. This home is great for families with young children and pets. The owner of the house was very good about taking calls and helping out.

My husband and I purchased this property as a place to relax and get away. We try to get to Palm Desert at least twice a year. Now that we have small children, it is difficult to get away. This property is a vacation home. One of our favorite things to do is BBQ, night swim and play board games with our kids until the wee hours. We also love to walk over to the Desert Springs Marriott and take a boat ride to Mikado restaurant for dinner. We do a background checks on potential renters. The property is newly landscaped, clean and well maintained.

Our vacation home was set up for relaxation. We have a beautiful crystal blue pool that is very well maintained. The guest room has bunkbeds- size double, not twin- perfect for teenagers, grandchildren and adults. The room also has everything a kid/or big kid could want; their own private soda machine and Sony Play Station 3. We have lots of board games, a heated private pool and a clean indoor-outdoor living concept. The pool is professionally cleaned twice per-week, the landscaping is professionally maintained once per-week and the trash is full service: bins taken out and returned for you.

Prime location! This house is a vacation home. It is very private and quiet. The house is kid friendly and is walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Palm Desert as well as Bristol Farms gourmet market, deli and restaurant. El Paseo is only - only a 2.5 mile walk, there are multiple golf courses minutes away that offer seasonal membership. There is a community center and theatre less than 1 mile away. Tile flooring and an open kitchen concept are perfect for entertaining and conversation.
