Excellent downtown location

The proximity to downtown makes this an excellent location . The property is well maintained with two lovely pool areas. The condo has a comfortable layout and is well stocked with linen and kitchenware but they are tired.

Loved the pools. Thursday street art. Tram is THE BEST. Joshua Tree about 45 min away. Casino around the corner. Convention Center also right outside property gates

A Nice Week

The unit was very well located, clean, and quiet. The owner was easy to contact when a few small problems presented themselves. The grounds are amazing and the use of two pools with lots of chairs and chaise lounges, a real plus!

Excellent property and location

Terrific property walking distance to downtown PS. Really enjoyed our time at the spa and pool. Condo could use some updating but everything worked great and Tiana was VERY responsive of all our needs. Will definitely return!

Fantastic location

Well equipped condo. Ample kitchen supplies, pots, pans and dishes. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Bedrooms are spacious with beautiful views. Short walk to all the shopping and restaurants you need. Only downside is the condo is a bit dark. Not enough lights in both bedrooms and living room.

Clean convenient condo

This condo is in a great location near downtown Palm Springs. Complex has 2 pools, hot tub, and excellent tennis court. This unit is well located near pool and is also really quiet. Owner is super helpful. Unit is well appointed and clean. Really liked that 2nd bedroom has 2 beds. Highly recommend.

Great Spot

Location of the property is excellent, a very short walk to downtown. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The condo itself is showing it's age a little bit but still is nicely maintained and tastefully decorated.

Lovely mountain-view condo

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely extended stay at Tiana and Derek's beautiful condo over the months of February and March. The unit was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the views were lovely. Everything "worked" (i.e., kitchen equipment, washer/dryer, HVAC, the TV, Internet--even the outdoor gas BBQ!). The owners were always available and extremely responsive to a couple of very minor repair issues that came up (the screen on the bedroom window blew off during one particularly intense wind storm!). The complex has two beautiful pool areas which we enjoyed--one was just at our doorstep--very convenient. We also loved being able to make a short walk into the heart of Palm Springs--great restaurants, shops, museums, night life, etc. etc. We'd be hard pressed for negatives on this unit. All I can think of is that the water heater on the balcony outside made a funny noise after we used the hot water--apparently it's a common problem in PS. All in all, though, we had a stress-free rental experience. We'd do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks Tiana and Derek.

Older Unit but Well Laid out and Extremely Convenient

This unit is in a perfect location in walking distance of the main downtown businesses and restaurants. The pools and parking are very good and well maintained. An excellent choice for two couples or a couple with children. Some of the interior features are a bit worn but the appliances are relatively new and everything works very well. A very pleasant place to stay in Palm Springs.

Beautiful, comfy place to stay!

My family and I spent a week at this property, we attended the Desert Trip concert which was conveniently only a 25 minute drive away and explored Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National park. All the conveniences of home were available, the beds were comfy, everything was so nice and clean. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the Palm Springs area for any Coachella event or just to explore the area.
