Communication prior to the stay was excellent and the host was very accommodating. The property was perfect for us. One block from the convention center, it was clean, comfortable, secure. The area was quiet and peaceful during our stay. Highly recommend!

Little getaway

Looking for a quiet getaway. The place was great, close to downtown but away from any major traffic. Just nice to lounge by the pool in a quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Wondeeful

Owner Bob and Property Manager Ken both made us feel welcomed and important. We had a wonderful day. The condo was absolutely lovely. The pool was refreshing and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect paradise

This is a little paradise away from home very private and just perfect… The host and the property manager were delightful and we enjoyed our stay so much! They have extra amenities like luxury bath towels, and bathrobes, and it was just delightful and I will go back again and again!

Couples getaway

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful townhome. The property was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The private pool and spa were a huge bonus as were the gorgeous mountain views. Thank you for a lovely getaway! We will certainly plan to stay here again when we visit Palm Springs.

Great location

The location was great to easily walk into town and enjoy the wide range of dining experiences. The condo was exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication was also really good making for an easy check in/out process.

Perfect Getaway Location

We loved our stay, the condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, just as advertised. Everything was well stocked, from the towels to anything you would need in the kitchen.Communication was A. Bob was incredibly communicative and responsive. Check in/out was a breeze. We loved the private pool and jacuzzi- very clean.We highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back! Thank you Bob for our lovely stay.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to great shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Relaxing vacation

The home is centrally located in Palm Springs. Close to everything. The amenities are as described and better. It's in a very quiet location and the property is gated. Looking forward to staying at this home in the future. Bob is a great host and very accommodating.

A perfect getaway in Palm Springs

Great location, very comfortable apartment with a private pool and hot tub….who could ask for more. I appreciated the in person check-in process. Really makes one feel welcomed. Would stay here again and again, even though, it seems very roomy for one person. I enjoyed the space a lot.

Perfect Respite

We love Palm Springs, so we took a gamble on visiting during the peak of summer. This condo was the perfect choice -- great location near downtown Palm Springs, spacious and comfortable floorplan, very nicely appointed, and the private pool was a great way to beat the heat. The owner and property managers were very accommodating hosts. Altogether made for a lovely, restful weekend escape.

Great on bedroom.

This one bedroom condo has a bath and a half and a private hot tub and pool. That is almost impossible to find in the area.

Bob and his team are welcoming and friendly. The home was comfortable, clean and secure. We enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and pool and I appreciated the comfortable bed and nice linens - this is something I don't often find at vacation rentals.The proximity to the Palm Springs Convention Center was convenient as well as the short walk to downtown. An Oasis In The Desert

We were in Palm Springs during a heat wave. Temperatures hit 118 degrees during our stay. The condo was a cool haven during the hottest part of the day. As soon as the sun dipped behind the mountain, we enjoyed the refreshing pool. It was one of our finest experiences we've had staying in Palm Springs. The kitchen is well equiped and the BBQ allowed us to have enjoyable meals every night. All that plus a good price too.

I was the first to buy in this complex of 15 so I feel I picked the prime unit, it comes with the very important 2nd half bath, all on one level, a very private pool without other units looking down on you, great mountain views, and completely renovated. This is also with out a doubt the best location in Palm Springs.
