Guter erster Eindruck, aber.....

Die Lage des Objektes war prima! 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zur "Einkaufsmeile" plus 5 Minuten zum Strand in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Ferienwohnung war auf den ersten Eindruck gut, der zweite Eindruck zeigte aber Mängel: - in der Begrüßungsmappe lag ein handgeschriebener Hinweis zu einem "nagelneuen Schlafsofa"! Das Erstellungsdatum war von Juli 2015! Es war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. - ein Lattenrost knarrte stark, die Matratze war erneuerungsbedürftig - Duschabtrennung (schwierig) und WC hätten besser gereinigt sein können - im Briefkasten befanden sich Broschüren von Anfang 2023 bis in 2024! Insgesamt war die FeWo mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag benötigt. Manches, wie gesagt, sollte aber erneuert/ersetzt werden.

Ferienwohnung okay, Vermittlung wenig empathisch

Aufgrund eines schweren familiären Krankheitsfalls der zweiten Mitfahrerin fragte ich telefonisch, ob eine Umbuchung möglich wäre. Hier wurde gar nicht drauf eingegangen und nur gefragt, was nun sei, ob ich stornieren möchte. Auf Nachfrage wurde dann auch bestätigt, dass keine Kulanz greift und die Zahlung weg wäre. Keine Empathie in dieser Situation merkbar, schade, war nur eine Frage und man fühlte sich, als ob man nervt.
