Kleine schicke Wohnung, zu viert für 2 Nächte ok. Der See ist direkt ums Eck und auch Dank Strassenbahn (10 Min) ist man recht schnell mitten in Leipzig. Die Straße vor der Tür ist zwar etwas laut, da gut befahren, aber auf sowas muss man sich in einer Stadt halt einstellen.Freundliche Gastgeber und trotz Sommerhitze ein kühler Rückzugsort, wenn man verdunkelt hat.

Wir waren 4 Personen..dafür ist diese Wohnung viel zu klein!..das doppel bett war 1,40 breit für 2 Erwachsene... keine Minute geschlafen...das andere bett für größere Kinder auch viel zu klein! Küche voller Ameisen...unglaublich!..im Bad gab es keine Möglichkeit die nassen Sachen aufzuhängen, also auch viel zu klein !..die einzige Wahrheit war, das es nur 5 Gehminuten zum See sind!...Fazit....am nächsten Morgen...Abreise Also Leute...für 2 Personen ist es ok...achso...Löslichen Kaffee mitbringen...keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden!

Unser Anspruch an unsere FeWo und unser Umfeld sind sehr hoch und wer uns besucht und uns erlebt wird dies bestätigen.
Leider können wir nicht alle Gäste und Wünsche (Fußball schauen und Stühle im Garten zum Rauchen) erfüllen, den Rest schon.
Natürlich gibt es eine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen der nassen Handtücher im Bad (siehe Foto FeWo) und es gibt 3 Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem Einzelbett Auszugsbett oder wenn mehr Platz benötigt wird mit einer Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer.
Wir bieten Sauberkeit und rundum freundlichen Service, wenn man uns lässt.
Und löslicher Kaffee ist möglich, schmeckt aber nicht.
Deswegen haben wir ja auch eine Tschibo Caffissimo - eine Kapselmaschine, welchen sehr guten Kaffee macht.
Und auf Anfrage haben wir auch stets Kapseln auf Vorrat.
Wer bei uns Ferien machen möchte, kann das und findet auch seine Ruhe in einer rundum schönen FeWo.
Sollte man sich dann noch zum Sonnenuntergang Richtung See aufmachen und statt den Stuhl zum Rauchen, lieber den Kiesstrand bevorzugen - ist man im Urlaub angekommen.
Und für genau diese Menschen machen wir das......

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, waren sehr zufrieden. Hatten auch die möglichkeit ein sehr leckeres Eis zu Essen gleich neben der Wohnung. Alles Top sehr zu empfehlen
