Mi hermosa casa con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días en Nashville! Pero la mejor parte - A sólo minutos del centro! Sólo alrededor de un taxi $ 8 a la zona de ocio!
Esta es una casa de 2 dormitorios / 2. 5 baños
¡Cada habitación tiene su propio baño!



Para llegar al centro, tienes muchas opciones:
- Camine 15 minutos hasta la parada de Music City Circuit en el parque Bicentennial (servicio de autobús gratuito del centro de 6:00 a 18:00, excepto los domingos)
- Camina 30 minutos (¡Mi favorito! En el camino navegar Farmers Market, y luego la comprobación Parque Bicentenario, a continuación, tomar las medidas de capital hasta el edificio de la capital del Estado (echa un vistazo a la vista!), Luego a War Memorial Plaza y su centro! Sólo un corto paseo por la iglesia St a la zona de ocio, y tienes que salir en el puente peatonal sobre el río Cumberland sólo por la vista de Nashville !!

We had a great stay at this cozy home for our first trip to Nashville. We loved the quick and inexpensive access to Broadway via Uber as it was a little chilly to walk while we’re there, even though we are from Boston. I wish we could have utilized the hot tub and back patio area, again too chilly for us but such a great addition. Rick was very accommodating and very communicative. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Highly recommend this home!

Host was very responsive and accommodating -This place is in a great location and central to all the attractions the city has to offer..The house had a clean and cozy feel, plenty of seating areas and a great outdoor deck - we enjoyed the hot tub as well . We were very comfortable here and the house was conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. My friend and I especially enjoyed working on the jigsaw puzzles in the broad selection. Our husbands appreciated the Keurig and all the pods that were provided. Host Richard was very responsive to my questions and requests for assistance.

Perfect for two couples

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and the coffee set up was a treat. Both beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the two bathrooms upstairs. The back patio area was a nice addition to the property. We would stay there again.

My wife and I have stayed at many vacation rentals. This is definitely one of the best. Very well-maintained and well-appointed home — comfortable, lovely, clean, well-supplied (including boxes of tissues and also premium toilet paper, not the cheap stuff). High-quality linens, comfortable beds. Everything’s in good shape and works well. Rick is a terrific owner — very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!!

I loved the pictures of the property but it’s even nicer in person! We used bikes, scooters and walked to downtown Nashville - the home was very accessible to the places we wanted to visit. We are definitely rural people and don’t typically like the city vibe but the layout of the backyard gives you a sense of seclusion so we loved that and that the street didn’t have a great deal of traffic and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Overall I would say this was a great place to stay, the owner really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Even had a box fan for those that need one to sleep. The bed was super comfy and I loved that they had a Keurig fully stocked with regular coffee pods! Love this place and would highly recommend!

Amazing home

Not bad. I would rate about a 3.5. My wife went on a run and someone with a different ethnic background yelled at my wife “to go back where you came from”. So I was concerned about the neighborhood. Hot tub was nice. However there is a guy living in the garage behind the house. He was no issue though. On a positive note the house was clean and the bed was very nice.

Great house. Great location. We had a married couple and a best friend. Love the set up of house. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Mr Rick was excellent host and easy to work with. Location was minutes from downtown. Great experience.

Nashville rental

Cute and comfortable home with private back yard. This was perfect for our stay. Close to the places we wanted to go. Having 2 bedroom and bath combos was great! Also an extra half bath downstairs. We appreciated all the extras like coffee pods, laundry supplies and toiletries. Those are hard things to pack in a suitcase. We had a great time.

Great House

This house is super cute and very clean. Liquid soap in all bathrooms. Charging stations everywhere. Coffee bar with everything you need. Backyard is super cute and cozy. Easy Uber ride to Broadway. Neighborhood felt safe. Host was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Home away from home

This house was a pleasant surprise -n very clean and well organized for guests. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the lovely private garden. We would consider staying here again the next time we are in town.

I will do my best to provide a great place to stay while you are in Nashville! I am a single Dad with 2 great kids off to college! I built this home last year and love living near downtown Nashville. I am an avid walker and most weeks put in 15 to 20 miles just walking from my home to the Historical Germantown area, Bicentennial Mall State Park, Farmers Market, State Capital, Legislative Plaza, TPAC, then on to Lower Broad, 2nd Ave, and Riverfront park where all the honky tonks are located! That total distance is just a little over 2 miles each way.

I was in the USAF and Tennessee Air Guard for 13 years where i was a navigator on C-130's. After my military life i became a General Contractor and started my own business. After being in the country for so long i decided to try the city life. I bought a vacant lot in this historical overlay district and loved it. I do love this neighborhood.

I also love to hike the mountains! I have summed 3 12,000 foot peaks in the Rockies and last summer my son and I summed 14,254 foot Long's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park. I must admit - it kicked my ass ... but wow!... what a view! Leaves no doubt there is a God! I also love to kayak and travel. But the best times are with the kids. We love to play strategy board games..Settlers of Catan, Acquire, and Cashflow. I love Axis and Allies, but its hard to get them to play that! I also play in a Texas holdem Poker League...for points...not for cash!

This is a new house I designed and built. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths! The big plus is that its only about $6 Uber fare to the downtown entertainment district! There is a separately rented studio behind the house with it's own parking and entry behind the 6 ft. privacy fence. If you need extra room this may also be available.

New Home just completed in May 2011 - 2 Bedrooms full kitchen, open Living room and Dining area. Master bedroom suite on 2rd floor with whirlpool tub, and cathedral ceilings! There is also a half bath on the living area floor. Kitchen has full refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Two covered porches! Living room has 55 in TV and Google Streaming Channels

Come and go as you please. Beautiful new house is just 4 blocks to Bicentennial Mall State Park and Farmers Market, and Germantown restaurants and downtown Nashville.
